1. If you cannot attend your booked session, please contact me before it starts, and your class credit will be used for a future date of your choice. You can move your class credit twice, after which, you can ask me for a refund minus a 25% fee. Any Sculpting Kits that have been purchased are non-refundable.

2. If you have any questions about materials or tools, please email me ahead of your class. Once you book a class, you will be sent a complete list of materials and tools that you will need to source on your own- or you can purchase a Sculpting Kit from the shop. Any delays in shipping are not the responsibility of CreatureCave, so please keep this in mind before booking a class and purchasing a Sculpting Kit. 

3. All classes are conducted in English only, and as they are live, there are no captions.

4. Unless you have booked multiple participants, you may not share a screen with a non-booked participant(s). 

5. Please check your emails for any and all communication from CreatureCave about your class. If CreatureCave needs to cancel or reschedule classes, you will be notified- and if you cannot attend the rescheduled class, you will be refunded in full. Any purchased Sculpting Kits are non-refundable.

6. All class content is the property of CreatureCave. CreatureCave reserves the right to refuse service, no questions asked. 

7. CreatureCave supports an inclusive and space safe to practise sculpting and creating art. Anyone who is aggressive and/or abusive in any shape or form to CreatureCave or any other students in the class will be refused service, and will not be refunded. Please keep this in mind when joining- we are all here to learn and everyone learns at different paces!
